1. Website information and estimates

The content of this website is general information about ASR Office Solutions Corp. ("ASR") and the products and services we offer. Published starting prices are ballpark figures for the machine classes shown — color from $125 a month, black-and-white from $150 a month, and rentals from $250 a month — with copies, service and toner included where stated, plus sales tax. The online price builder produces estimates only; an estimate is not a quote. Only a written proposal or agreement signed by ASR binds ASR, and the signed written agreement controls if anything on this website differs from it.

2. Quotes, orders and credit approval

Submitting a form on this website sends a request to ASR — it is not a final order. ASR finalizes your exact quote and credit first. Every lease is subject to credit approval. If a lease is not approved, ASR will offer you a rental instead — we don't turn customers away.

3. Leasing and rentals

Lease terms are quoted individually (36, 39, 48 and 63 months are available). Included-copy plans do not increase annually during the signed term. Copies beyond an included allowance are billed as overage at the rates in the written agreement — black-and-white at 1¢ a page and color at 7¢ a page. Rentals have a 1-month minimum: under 6 months, $500 a month plus all copies per page (black-and-white 1¢, color 7¢); at 6 months or more, $250 a month including 2,000 black-and-white copies a month, with overage at the same per-page rates. Sales tax applies where required.

4. Service and service plans

ASR's business-hours response target is 2–4 hours across our direct service area (Long Island, New York City, Westchester, New Jersey and Connecticut); a target is not a guarantee. Service on machines not supplied by ASR is billed at $250 a visit plus parts. Before ASR takes over service on an existing machine, we inspect it — a $250 flat inspection fee plus any parts needed to bring it to standard — and that inspection fee is credited in full when you sign a service plan. The ASR service plan is $100 a month base plus per-page copies (black-and-white 1¢ a page, color 7¢ a page), billed monthly; every page is billed and the plan carries no included allowance. Any service or lease takeover is subject to your existing agreement, an inspection of the equipment, and lender approval where a lease takeover is involved.

5. Loaner coverage

If your machine is down waiting on a part, ASR provides a loaner so your office keeps working. Loaner coverage applies to customers on an ASR service agreement: leased customers, and service-plan customers on the $100/month base + per-page copies plan (black-and-white 1¢/page, color 7¢/page).

6. Toner and supplies orders

ASR sells genuine Kyocera toner and supplies. Standard shipping is free on all toner orders. Local delivery is confirmed by ASR by email before dispatch. Local pickup is at our Mineola showroom: place your order and wait for ASR's confirmation email before coming to pick up. Toner orders are completed through the secure store checkout — every order ends at a paying checkout.

7. Website machine orders

A machine ordered through this website includes 2 free cases of paper at installation.

Kyocera, TASKalfa and ECOSYS are trademarks of Kyocera Corporation and Kyocera Document Solutions Inc. ASR Office Solutions Corp. is an authorized Kyocera dealer. This website is published by ASR and is not a Kyocera website.

9. Changes and contact

ASR may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here applies to website use, and your signed written agreement governs your equipment, service and payment terms.
