One payment, the whole term
Your monthly payment stays the same for the entire term you sign, as long as you print within your included allowance — overage is simply 1¢ per B&W page and 7¢ per color page. Paper and staples are the only things not included. Non-machine IT work is billed separately, from $250 per visit plus parts.
Already have a machine? ASR can take over its service
Step 1 — Inspection: We start with an inspection — $250 flat, plus any parts needed to bring your machine up to standard. Sign a service plan with us and the $250 inspection is credited in full.
Step 2 — Your plan: Your plan: $100/month, plus copies — black & white 1¢ a page, color 7¢ a page. Billed monthly.
Step 3 — The switch: Sign the plan and ASR takes over service on the machine you already have.
Takeovers are subject to your existing agreement, an inspection, and lender approval where a lease buyout is involved.
